Not at all. We handle the entire build and configuration. You do not need to know how any of the tools work. We set everything up, test it, and hand it over with documentation and a walkthrough so you can use it with confidence from day one.

That is exactly what the discovery call is for. We look at where your business is right now and recommend the right starting point. Most clients begin with a Flow OS Build and move to a retainer once the system is running. We never push a service that does not fit your situation.

You will receive a scoped proposal within 48 hours of the call. Once accepted, we can typically begin within one to two weeks depending on current availability. The full Flow OS Build is delivered in three to four weeks from kickoff.

Yes, entirely. There is no fee, no pitch, and no obligation to continue after the call. We only work with clients who are a clear fit, and the discovery call is how we both make that determination.

The specific tools depend on your business needs and any platforms you already use. We commonly build with ClickUp, Notion, Zapier, Make.com, Google Workspace, Stripe, TidyCal, and Tally. Every system is chosen around what works best for your business, not what we prefer.

All engagements are treated as confidential by default. A formal NDA is available on request and can be signed before any business information is shared. Just mention it at or before the discovery call.

At handover you receive full documentation and a recorded walkthrough of every part of the system. From there you can run it independently, or continue with Flow Operations Management where we manage and optimise the system on an ongoing monthly retainer.
