We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

We only share your data with the services we need to run the business, and only for the purposes above: MailerLite (email and forms), Stripe (payments), Cal.com (bookings), Google (Analytics), Vimeo (videos on our pages), our website hosting provider, and our gestor (accounting and tax).

When we deliver a project, we may also use the AI tools set up for your project, such as Claude by Anthropic, to process the information you give us. We will tell you which tools your project uses.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, countries outside the European Economic Area, such as the United States. When that happens, your data is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
Client and invoice records: for as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires.
Insights subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
Analytics data: for the period set in our Google Analytics settings.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email hello@thefoundersflow.net and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
