What does The Founder's Flow do?
We design, build and run operating systems for service-based solopreneurs, such as coaches, consultants, tutors and freelancers. That covers client onboarding, scheduling, payments, project management and AI workflows you approve.
How much do your services cost?
Every service shows its starting price in the Ways to work with us section above, so you know where you stand before you get in touch. Builds and Flow Co-pilot are priced plus VAT. AI Employees and the Flow AI Roadmap include VAT.
Do I need a Flow AI Roadmap before a build?
Only for Operating Systems and Custom Platforms. The roadmap maps your workflows, tools and goals in detail, so your proposal has a fixed price with no surprises. It costs €290 and is credited in full when you book your build within 30 days. Quick Builds and AI Employees go straight to a fixed quote.
I have a small team. Can you work with us?
Yes. Most of our clients work alone, but we also build systems and AI teams for small businesses with staff. Team and company projects start with a Flow AI Roadmap, so your proposal is scoped to your size, your tools and the people who will use the system.
Is the first call free?
Flow Co-pilot starts with a free 15 minute fit call, because it is an ongoing partnership. Bigger builds start with the paid Flow AI Roadmap, and smaller jobs get a fixed quote by email, so you never wait for a call to get moving.
Will AI be running my business?
No. AI drafts, sorts and recommends inside your systems. Every message, payment and decision stays with you.
Do I have to use your tools?
No. We work with the tools you already use, such as ClickUp, Notion, Zapier, Stripe and Google Workspace, and only suggest changes when they would genuinely help.
Do you work with clients outside Spain?
Yes. We are based in Barcelona and work with founders worldwide, remotely.
