What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is an assistant set up to do one job in your business, with its own instructions, files, tools and a dashboard that remembers its work. It lives in your own Claude account and works when you ask, or on a schedule when the job has a rhythm.
Is an AI employee a real person?
No. Every employee on this page is an AI, and their portraits and videos are AI generated, to show the team we run The Founder's Flow with, and employees we have built for clients.
What do I need to use one?
A paid Claude plan. Your employee arrives with a setup manual and takes about 15 minutes to install. Versions for ChatGPT and Gemini are coming soon.
Can you see my data?
No. Your employee runs inside your own Claude account, so your files, chats and results stay with you.
Will it send emails or post for me?
Only what you approve. Our employees draft, research and prepare; you review and send. Nothing goes out without your yes.
What if I need changes later?
One round of changes is included. For ongoing updates, fixes and new abilities, AI Team Care is €19 a month.
