Who you work with
Your Co-pilot is Maryam Adekoya.
Maryam has supported founders since 2017, first as a virtual assistant and then as an Online Business Manager. Today she runs The Founder's Flow from Barcelona and builds the operating systems behind service businesses, so she knows both sides: keeping a business running week to week, and designing the systems that make it easier.

How is this different from a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant does the tasks you hand over. Co-pilot looks after how your business runs: we review your systems, spot what is slowing you down, plan the fixes and make sure they happen. Think of it as fractional operations management, not task support.
Do I need to use your tools?
No. We work with the tools you already use, and only suggest a change when it would genuinely help. If a new system makes sense, we will tell you what it would take.
Will AI be running my business?
No. Co-pilot is human-led, and every decision stays with you. Where an AI employee would save you time, we will recommend one, built for your business and yours to keep.
I have a small team. Can you still help?
Yes. Co-pilot works for solopreneurs and small teams. We check the fit, your tools and the hours you need on the fit call.
What happens after the first 3 months?
Co-pilot carries on month to month. Either of us can stop with 30 days' written notice.
Is the fit call really free?
Yes. Co-pilot is an ongoing partnership, so the 15 minute call is there for both of us to check it is the right fit before anyone pays.
