Terms of service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. Who we are

The Founder's Flow is run by Maryam Adekoya, a self-employed professional (autónoma) based in Barcelona, Spain. Our full legal details are on our Legal notice page. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean The Founder's Flow, and "you" means the person or business buying from us. You can reach us at hello@thefoundersflow.net.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to everything you buy from thefoundersflow.net: Flow Builds (Quick Builds, Operating Systems and Custom Platforms), Flow Co-pilot, the Flow AI Roadmap, AI Employees, care plans and digital products. A written proposal or quote for your project forms part of your agreement with us. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices for AI Employees, the Flow AI Roadmap, care plans and digital products include VAT. Prices for Flow Builds and Flow Co-pilot are shown plus VAT. Prices marked "from" are starting points, and your quote or proposal confirms the exact price.

  • Online purchases are paid by card through Stripe at checkout.
  • Builds are paid in full before work begins, once you accept the proposal.
  • Flow Co-pilot and care plans are billed monthly in advance.

4. The Flow AI Roadmap credit

The Flow AI Roadmap fee, and any follow-up session, is credited in full against an Operating System or Custom Platform build you book and pay for within 30 days of your Roadmap session. After 30 days, no credit applies. No other product or service is credited against another.

5. Flow Builds

Each build is delivered to the scope, timeline and price in your proposal. Timelines start once we have your payment and everything we need from you, such as access to your tools. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it. Each build includes a handover with documentation and a recorded walkthrough.

6. AI Employees

After payment you complete a short intake form, and your AI employee is delivered within 5 business days of receiving it. One round of changes is included. Your AI employee runs in your own account with an AI provider such as Claude, and you pay that provider's subscription yourself. Each AI employee is licensed for use in your own business only. You may not resell, share or redistribute it, or its setup files, without our written permission. Ready-made packs are licensed for one project.

7. Flow Co-pilot

Flow Co-pilot runs for a minimum of 3 months, then month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term. Hours are up to the amount in your plan each week and do not roll over.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely access to the tools we need, and feedback within a reasonable time. Delays on your side may move the delivery date. You remain responsible for your business decisions, your accounts, and checking any output before you rely on it.

9. AI and automation

Our systems use AI to draft, sort and recommend. AI can make mistakes, so every message, payment and decision is set up to be approved by you. We are not responsible for the results of AI output that you send, publish or act on without reviewing it.

10. Third-party tools

Our work often relies on tools run by other companies, such as Claude, Stripe, Google, Notion, ClickUp and Zapier. Their own terms and prices apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes or pricing.

11. Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables made for your business, such as your workspace, documents and configured systems. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, frameworks and reusable components, and you receive a licence to use them within your business.

12. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver your project. Where we handle personal data on your behalf, we do so in line with data protection law and our Privacy policy.

13. Cancellations and refunds

Because our services are digital and made to order, work that has started or been delivered is not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel a service, but you lose that right once the service has been fully performed with your agreement. If you cancel a build before work starts, we refund your payment minus any work already done. Roadmap sessions can be moved once with 24 hours' notice.

14. Liability

We take care in everything we build, but we cannot guarantee specific business results. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Barcelona, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to use the courts where you live.
